She began her career at a boutique CPA firm, where she built a strong foundation in tax and client service, before moving into roles with publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies, gaining broader exposure to complex financial operations and strategic decision-making.
In 2024, Glenda acquired and now leads a local CPA firm in Southern California, focusing on delivering practical, high-quality tax and accounting solutions to both individuals and business owners.
As co-founder of X & L CPAs, LLP, Glenda is committed to providing thoughtful tax planning, clear guidance, and dependable execution. She is a CFA charterholder and earned her MBA after graduating from the renowned Peking University.
